Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Tulsa, OK)

Amberfield Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Tulsa. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
