Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Tulsa, OK)

Greenridge Granite Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Tulsa plant. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
