Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Tulsa, OK)

Cedar Union Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 594 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training.
