Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Lantern Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Tulsa. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
