Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Tucson, AZ)

Ironwood Willow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Tucson, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
