Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Toledo, OH)

Harborlight Granite Press is a printer and publisher in Toledo serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and press runs. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
