Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Toledo, OH)

Greenridge Haven Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Toledo plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
