Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Kestrel Press is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
