Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight North Pharma Partners supports drug development and manufacturing around St. Louis, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
