Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 600 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
