Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Basin Foods is a St. Louis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
