Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Ridge Medical is a St. Louis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
