Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Field Press produces print and digital publications in St. Louis, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
