Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Labs is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 4 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
