Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Spokane, WA)

Foxglove Pine Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 799 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
