Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vista Manufacturing and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and machine downtime. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
