Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Partners and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
