Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Spokane, WA)

Summit Sable Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and work orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
