Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Haven Medical Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 220 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
