Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Cobalt Medical Partners is a Seattle company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
