Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Haven Pharma Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
