Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Bridge Foods is a Seattle food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
