Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Maple Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
