Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Loom Medical Group is a Savannah company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
