Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Savannah, GA)

Amberfield Iron Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
