Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (San Jose, CA)

Greenridge Loom Medical designs and makes medical devices in San Jose. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
