Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (San Jose, CA)

Greenridge Linden Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Jose. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
