Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Timber Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
