Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova Thistle Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
