Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Haven Pharma Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
