Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Beacon Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
