Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Linden Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Antonio, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
