Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Ridge Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
