Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Ridge Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Salt Lake City, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
