Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Salt Lake City, UT)

Ironwood Wilder Medical Partners designs and makes medical devices in Salt Lake City, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
