Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Sacramento, CA)

Harborlight Union Foods Group is a Sacramento food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 647 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
