Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Sacramento. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
