Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Oak Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Sacramento, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
