Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Sacramento, CA)

Bluepeak Iron Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
