Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Kestrel Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
