Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Haven Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
