Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Fox Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
