Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Beacon Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 714 people based in Reno. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and press runs. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
