Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cobalt Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
