Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Meadow Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 417 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
