Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Greenridge Timber Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Chicago producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
