Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Ironwood Yarrow Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
