Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Fernwood Summit Auto Group is a Atlanta company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
