Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Lakeside Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
