Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Iron Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
